Refund policy
UNOPENED MERCHANDISE – You can return any “unopened” products within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. We do not refund shipping charges.
OPENED MERCHANDISE– “Opened” products can be returned within 30 days of delivery* but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover testing, repacking, etc. Opened returns must be in new and uninstalled materials and packaging.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS – Certain items that are Built-To-Order or Custom are not returnable. These items will be clearly marked as such in the product detail.
MANUFACTURER RE-STOCKING FEES – Some manufacturers charge a re-stocking fee on returns. If you need to return an item direct to the manufacturer, the re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
RETURN PROCEEDURE
- Contact us via e-mail, chat or telephone to let us know you need to return something.
- We do not pay return shipping costs. We can provide a label, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories in a secure package.
- All returned items must be brand new, uninstalled, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Do not write on or place labels directly on the manufacturer packaging.
- Returned items will be inspected when they arrive.
- Keep the tracking number of your preferred shipper so that you can monitor its delivery.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 2-4 weeks of our receipt of the returned items.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to opened products.
- A 15% restocking fee may also apply for custom-made/custom ordered products that are canceled by the purchaser.
NOTE: Unless you were advised by someone at Road Hero Parts in regard to a particular part’s fitment or appropriateness to your needs, you are responsible to pay return shipping costs. Google and other Internet searches do not match your vehicle to the part you need – if you have any questions or are uncertain if you are purchasing the right part, please contact us.
